Mechanics
- The Promo period is from September 18, 2023, to December 28, 2023.
- The promo coverage: NCR, Laguna, Cavite, Bulacan, Rizal (Cablelink Franchise Areas).
- Raffle entries shall be categorized as follows: Category 1: All new, shifted, and recovered cable tv (Basic, Basic Plus, and Bundled) subscribers who have connected from September 18 to December 28, 2023. Subscribers should have made at least one monthly MSF payment to be eligible for one (1) raffle entry. Category 2: All cable TV subscribers (Basic, Basic Plus & Bundled) with active and current accounts (no balance) as of December 28, 2023, will automatically have one (1) raffle entry.
- Raffle entries will be tagged and recorded in the subscriber's account record.
- Cablelink reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winning entry.
- A subscriber may win only once.
- All qualified entries shall be electronically drawn.
- The raffle draw will be on January 8, 2024, at 10:00 am at Cablelink showroom at 8210 Dr. A. Santos Avenue, Barangay San Isidro, Parañaque City, in the presence of a DTI representative.
- Prizes: 20 units of 55-inch Crystal UHD 4K AU7002 Samsung Smart TV.
- Winning entries: a. The winners’ names will be announced on the Cablelink community channel and posted on the CablelinkTV Facebook page. b. Prizes are not convertible to cash and are non-transferrable. c. Winners will be notified through registered mail and phone call to contact numbers on record. d. Winners must present one (1) valid ID, including Driver’s License, SSS card, Passport, TIN Card, and any government ID, plus a corresponding billing statement. e. Winners can claim prizes at Cablelink Bldg., 8210 Dr. A. Santos Avenue, Barangay San Isidro, Parañaque City, from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm f. Prizes not claimed or with “no appearance” within sixty (60) days upon receipt of registered notice will be forfeited in favor of Cable Link, upon prior approval from DTI. g. Employees of Cablelink and its affiliate companies and their family/relative up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in the promotion. h. Cable Link & Holdings Corp. shall pay the 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000. Per DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-175749 Series of 2023.
