Company Overview

Cablelink is one of the fastest growing Cable Television and Broadband Cable Internet service providers in the country today. It's Cable Television operations in Metro Manila is handled by CABLE LINK & HOLDINGS CORPORATION (CLHC), the surviving corporation in the merger of eight (8) Cable TV Companies in the major citiesand municipalities in southern Metro Manila. From Las Piñas City, where it started its operation in 1995, it has expanded its network to Parañaque City (1996), Muntinlupa City (1997), Bacoor, Cavite (1999), Taguig (2002), Imus, Cavite (2002) and Quezon City (2009).

Milestones

February 1995 marked the beginning of its Metro Manila operation with the incorporation of Las Pinas Cable TV Inc. From 1996 to 2006. 7 more Cable TV companies were established to expand its operations and position itself as the lead service provider within areas south of the Metro.

In 1998, CABLE LINK AND HOLDINGS CORPORATION (CABLELINK) was formed and registered to consolidate management and operation of all its cable TV sytems. In March of 2007 during the 13th Congress, CABLELINK was granted a Nationwide Franchise by virtue of REPUBLIC ACT No.9382 to operate Cable TV systems as well as offer value added services.
