General Payment Reminders

1. Over-the-Counter payment
   • - Always bring your Statement of Account (SOA) when paying thru accredited payment centers and Banks.
2. Credit Card Payment (Two ways to pay)
   • - Over-the-Counter - Credit Card payment is accepted at selected Cablelink satellite offices*.
   • - Auto Debit Arrangement - Subscribers may enroll at any Cablelink satellite office or Bank Partners*.
3. For cheque payments please make your cheque payable to Cablelink.
4. You can conveniently pay without your SOA at Cablelink satellite offices, BDO, East West Bank and 7-Eleven.
5. Payments made through payment centers, banks and credit cards will be credited to your account after 3 working days.
